Q: How do I preview my custom stamps?
A: Currently we only provide a sample image of our stamps to showcase the impression quality to be used as a template. We use the latest manufacturing techniques to turn your stamp options into a professional quality stamp. We have industry professionals that review each stamp for impression quality before shipping.
Q: How long do self inking stamps last?
A: Self inking stamps are made to last for thousands of impressions without needing to reink. Exactly how much ink is used after each impression depends on the impression area of the stamp - but we manufacture our stamps to last and are easily re-inked.
Q: I'm looking to buy a clear mounted art stamp, where can I order?
A: CustomStamps.com primarily sells self inking stamps and traditional handle rubber stamps. There are many places well suited to the individual artist for clear mounted art stamps. We recommend using Village Impressions.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, but this time may increase during busy periods. We will notify you by email if there are any unexpected delays in the dispatch of your order.
Q: My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?
A: Please contact us if you have not received your order within five working days after the date of dispatch mentioned above, (some UPS ground deliveries take up to six days depending on your location).
Q: Can I add to an order already purchased?
A: If there are other products you require, why not place a new additional order which will be delivered free of charge if the value is over $75
How do I change or cancel my order?
A: We will use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production. If order is changed, there may be an additional setup charge. Stamps may begin pre-production within 30 minutes of order, any changes after this point will be charged extra. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the full amount of the order for all orders cancelled at this stage. Returns for refunds are accepted only once approved by CustomStamps.com, contact us for additional information.
